Ron Marhofer Hold Policy
Due to our low prices and high sales volume, we often have multiple guests interested in the same vehicle at the same time. In an effort to be transparent and fair with all parties interested in a vehicle, we will only "hold" a vehicle for a guest's drive time to the dealership.
