Mike Richards is the Used Car Manager and a Team Leader at Ron Marhofer Nissan. With over two decades of experience, he started his journey with the company in 2002 and has been a trusted leader ever since.

Originally from Canton, Mike brings a strong work ethic and deep automotive knowledge to the team. He takes pride in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Outside of work, Mike has been happily married for 32 years and is the proud father of two sons. Whether at the dealership or with his family, he values honesty, dedication, and great customer service.

Dillon Smith joined the automotive industry in 2024 as part of the Ron Marhofer Nissan team. A proud Akron native and University of Akron graduate, Dillon brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to helping customers find the perfect vehicle.

He currently lives in Ellet with his two cats and his pug, enjoying a home filled with energy and personality. Outside of work, Dillon loves spending time outdoors-whether it's camping under the stars, hitting the slopes for some snowboarding, or simply exploring nature. When he's not outside, you can probably find him at the movies, enjoying the latest blockbuster.

Brian Wells has been a dedicated member of the Ron Marhofer Nissan team since 1991, bringing over three decades of experience and knowledge to his customers. Originally from a small town in Southeast Ohio, Brian moved to Akron to attend the University of Akron, where he earned his degree. He has called the Akron area home ever since.

Jarred has been in the automotive industry for 5 years, turning a lifelong passion into a fulfilling career. He started out as a CST, moving and washing vehicles, and quickly worked his way up to become a Service Advisor-where he's been helping customers with confidence and care for the past 3 years.

Originally from Mogadore and now living in Hartville, Jarred is a proud Cleveland sports supporter and a die-hard Ohio State Buckeyes fan. His love for cars runs deep, having grown up surrounded by the industry and gearhead culture. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three dogs-Maddie, Jack, and Pepper-and staying connected to the things he loves most: cars, sports, and community.
